Creativity development activities

In this part, we will give some examples of activities whose purpose is to develop the youngsters’ creativity. A special focus is given on “Creative camps”. They are specific events which are already existing in many European countries, despite not yet being very well-known. These are events organized over a few days (up to two weeks) where participants, often young artists from very different fields, gather to participate in workshops and to collaborate together in diverse creations around a common theme. Creative camps can offer tremendous opportunities for kids and teenagers to express their creativity, learn new things while bonding with other youngsters from various backgrounds.

This section is interesting for youth workers interested in launching creativity development activities, and for the ones already organizing similar events to discover new possible activities.
